Morning Check-In: Before starting your day, take 2 minutes to notice how you feel. What's your gut telling you about the day ahead?
Decision Practice: For small decisions (what to eat, which route to take), make a quick choice based on your first instinct. Notice when you're right.
Evening Reflection: Before bed, review your day. Were there moments when you ignored a gut feeling? What happened?
Describe a time when your intuition was right
What does your gut feeling actually feel like in your body?
What tends to block you from trusting your instincts?
What would you do differently if you trusted yourself more?
Meditation Techniques
Sit comfortably with eyes closed
Focus on your breath—in through the nose, out through the mouth
When thoughts arise, acknowledge them and return to the breath
Start with 5 minutes, gradually increase
Lie down or sit comfortably
Slowly move your attention through each part of your body
Notice any sensations without trying to change them
This practice increases body awareness—where intuitive signals often show up
After settling into a relaxed state, imagine a question or situation you need clarity on
Don't force an answer—just hold the question lightly
Notice any images, words, or feelings that arise
Write down your impressions afterward
